Mould in the air conditioning system, hotel room very old-fashioned, uncomfortable bed, difficult communication with staff (language skills), very poor Internet, no information at check-in,

The family room was spacious and impeccably clean. We loved the powerful showers. Dining options were fantastic, with a special shoutout to the a la carte restaurants, the Mexican food was a highlight. Evening entertainment was enjoyable.

Some restaurants were a bit chaotic.

- free minibar that is refilled daily. - really good selection of meals. - a lot of importance is attached to cleanliness. - there are fridges everywhere with water bottles, which was very practical

- the beach bar was a little far away from the beach (depending on which beach section you had your couch at). - you could only hand in or exchange your borrowed bath towels in the spa on the 4th floor; it would be easier if there were several spots for this purpose, e.g. near the beach

The food is very tasty and the hotel is very clean and the staff is great. The location of the hotel is fantastic, we really liked it and we will definitely come back again.

Internet in the room is very weak. The indoor swimming pool is 1.80 deep and not suitable for all swimmers.

Great views from the window, cool air conditioning in the room.

The food was not very good, and there weren't many options to choose from.

Large comfortable hotel directly by the sea

The receptionist wasn't quite up to date. For a short stay, quick and correct information is simply important.

The food was unbeatable and the location was SUPER.

The staff did not respond immediately to our request. (Such as faulty ventilation and faulty shower)

Great location near the beach, very friendly staff, and an impressive variety of food offerings. Plus, the spacious rooms made for a very comfortable stay.

Some of the facilities were showing their age and there were small annoyances like slow service during mealtimes.

Food was mediocre, no big choice, for a 5 star hotel it was a little poor, cocktails were made with artificial juices and tasted accordingly.

The hotel is located next to the promenade and has easy access to the beach. There are also four al l'cart restaurants on-site. the sandy beach is great for relaxing. the rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the sea. the staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is tasty with plenty of options. the pool area is spacious and the water slides are very popular with kids.

The evening entertainment could be improved with more variety.
